In order to be able to purchase from this site, you must be approved for a wholesale account. If you have an approved wholesale account on trycoloredge.com, then you should have received an email link to activate your new Shopify account.
To join the rewards program, simply click on the rewards widget to sign up.
On the bottom right corner of the screen, you will see a button that says "Rewards". From there you can view the ways you can earn, and spend points.
Select the offer you wish to redeem. Add that item into your cart, and a unique discount code for the offer will automatically be applied when you checkout. If you decide to use your offer at a later time, no worries! That unique code will be in your rewards panel for you to easily copy and paste when you are ready for checkout.
Points will not be rewarded from purchasing bi-monthly promotions or intro deals.
You can check your points balance two different ways. One, on your account dashboard by clicking the profile icon on the top right. Second, on the bottom right corner of the screen, you will see a button that says "Rewards". From there you can view your points balance, as well as all the ways you can earn and spend points.
To stay within your tier, you must spend a specified amount every year from the day your account was created.
To stay within the bronze tier, you must spend at least $1 a year. To stay within the silver tier, you must spend $1,500 a year. To stay within the gold tier, you must spend $6,000 a year.
If you make a return, then we will deduct your balance by the point value of the returned item. For example, if you bought an item that was $20, we will deduct 20 points from your balance. If you are in the Silver tier, we would deduct 40 points from your balance due to the point multiplier.
No, your points will not expire. Use them anytime you want!
Anything you purchase on trycoloredge.com will not be eligible for points on dayglowcolor.com.
